If you are having sudden weight gain and none of the diets or exercises has worked, you may want to consult a doctor to find out if your weight problem is not a direct result from a thyroid metabolism problem. Thyroid metabolism weight gain can be very frustrating, as most times there is nothing that you can do to stop gaining weight but follow the treatment and let it run its course.
